RULES FOR THE COMBICARD & 10 x GROUPTRAINING CARD

• You can only book 5 classes at a time.
• You can book a pass 14 days in advance.
• If you want to cancel a class, it must be done at least 120 minutes before the class starts so the next person in line will be noticed in time before the class.
• You can book the class right up until the class starts
• If a class is fully booked, a queue system will start and the person at the top of the queue will be notified by text message if he/she gets a spot in the class.
• Arrive on time for the classes.
• The customer always pick up their own equipment and put them back to it’s own place after the class.
• If a customer has 3 classes within 30 days for which he/she has not appeared, the card will be blocked, and to remove the block of the card the customer needs to pay a fine of 10€. The block will disappear if the customer only has 1 or 2 times within 30 days.
